Five different activities will be offered on the five Wednesdays during Lent, March 25 - Make the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice - led by Cindi Armstrong. It's not just the what and when to eat, but don't forget about portions and our food budgets. Each weekly activity will give an opportunity for “Practicing Balance – The Inward Journey” which is the Lenten theme. The public is invited to take time to enrich yourself and learn, grow, and explore – all while breathing in the Spirit to find balance in your life. .
